Junichi's VRMovie on YouTube

Junichi also uploads his great VRMovies onto YouTube as follows.

Roller-coaster

About Usui Pass, I wrote yesterday, you know? See also it to know more about that.

Roller-coaster is very funny and excited trial!! Among some Japanese VRM users, especially with excellent skills, it is going around to construct something which is quite not related to rails or trains. Junichi's roller-coaster was one of the trigger. I will write about the movement later.

Re-post: ghost's VRMovies

Yesterday I removed some VRMovies from my web server to re-use the storage space. As the result, this weblog had some dead-links.

I uploaded them onto YouTube for your convenience as follows.

If you have Bahnsim PRO by yourself, click each of title-links. And you can jump to the download and get them for enjoying on your PC.

Junichi's greatest VRMovie

Junichi did again!! On 11th January, Junichi released his latest VRMovie titled "Usui pass."

from Junichi's web

Usui pass is one of the most famous historical railroad places in Japan. There was known as the most steep section among Japanese adhesion railways. Its grade rate was up to 66.7 per mill. JNR; Japan National Railway, threw a special electric locomotive there to get over Usui pass. Its type-name was EF63. It is included in VRM4 3rd. package. See also Caldia's picture book.

Anyway, Junichi's movie shows us EF63's activity of those days. Usui pass line was discontinued in 1997 because a new Shinkansen was opened through the same area by some long tunnels on the cutting edge. However, a lot of Japanese rail-fan still never forgot Usui pass line. Junichi gave shape to such nostalgia by his latest VRMovie. It attracts not only Japanese VRM users but also the other ordinary people.

Click here, and you can watch it. Enjoy his greatest VRMovie.

45-50s' VRMovie "Thalys"

45-50s released his latest VRM movie titled "Thalys," which looks and sounds really nice!

Thalys is one of the I.MAGiC's latest additional package for VRM3 or later. As same as I did before, he installed it into his VRM4 environment and produced a quite attractive demonstration movie based on European landscape.

You will know that he is not only good at constructing VRM layout but also playing the guitar. Click the following screenshot, and you can watch it!

ghost's VRMovie "Bonn Hbf."

Yesterday, I got "DB station" which is one of the newest VRM additional packages. It can be installed into both your VRM3(BSP) environment and VRM4. As a trial, I built Bonn Hbf. with these new parts; DB platform, lights, and masts. Here you can watch my latest VRMovie generated with VRM4.

I.MAGiC released VRM3 update 3.1.0.0

I.MAGiC released update 3.1.0.0 on their website on 5th January 2007. This is the first update ever since Bahnsim PRO was released.

European BSP users can not share in the bounty of it, according to README file attached in the archive. There I found a sentence; this update does not renew the international version. Factually, nothing happened when I applied it onto my BSP environment.

However, that seems to be no fatal. README file said that update 3.1.0.0 made the compatibility of sound devices better. It is not necessary for you if you do not have any problem on your BSP sound playing.
